1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and jetbet77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, and features available through the jetbet77 website and any associated applications or sub-domains.

3 Account Registration & Security

Where duplicate accounts are identified, jetbet77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

Account Security

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jetbet77 supports BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in BDT and are subject to the following conditions.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jetbet77 account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on card issuer processing times. jetbet77 does not charge any platform-side fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jetbet77 accepts no responsibility.

Currency

5 Betting & Casino Game Rules

These product-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any product-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the product-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

Sports & Cricket Betting

Odds for all sports markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other cricket competitions — are set by jetbet77 and are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended or settled. Pre-match bets are accepted until the scheduled start time of the event. Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the platform's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event. jetbet77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.

Live Casino

Live casino games hosted by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the rules displayed within each individual live table interface. Game outcomes are determined by live human dealers operating physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) under studio conditions, and are not influenced by jetbet77's software systems. jetbet77 is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by third-party infrastructure or internet connectivity issues outside our control.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jetbet77 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

jetbet77 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies where required. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity, including suspected financial crime, to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the User concerned.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the User

You may close your jetbet77 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at support@jetbet77. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, we will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds being unsatisfied (in which case bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited). Pending bets placed before the closure request are settled normally.

Suspension or Closure by jetbet77

jetbet77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• The User is found to be under 18 years of age.
